Well managed to get out if bed in time after a short sleep and the weather is beautiful this morning. Taxi turned up on time and after a pleasant conversation with the driver on the way to the station about our trip, I now realise that he knows our house will be empty for the next week. Anyway at Castleford railway station and the first train of the day was on time. We are now approaching Doncaster on the East Coast service to London and poor Feesy has started with a cold and is fighting back with the Beechams. Hopefully will clear up quickly so she can enjoy the holiday.
