I don't want to give you mis-advice, but what I would do:Contact the helpline tnehpeole number on the FlyGlobespan website and ask for their advice. If you cannot get through, I would write a letter explaining the situation and the amounts you have paid for your flight. Take a photocopy of any invoices, flight information, passenger details, check-in printouts, anything you can give them to help your claim. The more information you can give them about your booking the better.Take a photocopy of all of the paperwork and keep the original paperwork, just send copies. Send it to the address on the FlyGlobespan website, make sure you send it recorded delivery and keep a copy of that documentation too. Remember that a lot of people have been affected and this will take time, so be patient. I am not suggesting that you will get your money back, it'll depend on who is owned money, like any administration.Hope this helps

As I sit here at 0630 in the morning gazing at the rain falling down I can't help but think what a great time you have had and the experiences that also have come you're way. Now it is on to Japan and the nxt stage of a journey that may never end.
