We have been in Sydney for 6 days and the weather has been fantastic. On our first day we went on a tour of the city which the hostel we are staying at puts on for free so thought we would try it out. It was really good and we got to see all the sites and learn a little bit about the history of the city. The end of the walk resulted in us having our luch on the opera house steps which was pretty amazing. later that afternoon myself and fuzzy took a jet boat ride around the harbour which was great fun and we got absolutely soaked.

The following day we took the harbour ferry to Manly and spend the day on the beach relaxing and watching the world go by. The ferry ride home was pretty spectaular as the sun was setting behind the bridge and i went a little crazy with my camera. The next day we went on a beach walk again put on by the hostel. we took the bus to Coogee and then walked along the coastline passing through 7 bays and beach's before finished up at Bondi beach and spending a couple of hours in the sun. That evening we met up with Daz and went out for a few beers. Was really good to see him and his was on top form.

Today we went to Sydney fish market for lunch, i tried some octopus and squid which a pretty nice to be honest and we then took the ferry to Watsons bay which is one of the best places to watch the sun set over the city. we chilled out on the beach for a bit before getting fish and chips and sat and watch the sunset, again i went a little crazy with the camera.

Tomorrow i think we are all just getting ready to head off on our Surf camp on monday morning for the week which i cannot wait for, hopefully this time next week i will be a full on surf dude, though i doubt it...

Will update my blog again soon once the surf shcool is over and i am in Byron bay.
