Hi All,

I'm sitting in an air conditioned internet room thank god because hot is not the word for this place!! Have spent the day melting but has been awesome!

Went on a wildlife presentation this morning where I got to hold a croc (But just a baby one) red tailed black cockatoo, a koala (So cute it's not true), and a snake who tried to strangle me! The hostel I'mstaying at is also a wildlife reserve so it's all on site which is great! They have possums and wombats just wandering around as well as an unbelievable amount of (Very noisy) birdlife. I alway thought bird watching was geeky but over here it's awesome! Even in the cities they're all so bright and pretty!!

After my animal encounter I went on a walk up to Balding Bay...Which, incidentally is a nudist beach!! We didn't know that when we were walking there (In at least 35 degree heat) but the wrinkly...bits we saw when we ot there were enough to make us head right back to the hostel! Spent the rest of the day lounging by the pool and am having ANOTHER early night (I must be maturing) before heading to Cairns tomorrow.

Magnetic Island is brilliant and incredibly beautiful, wish I had longer to stay but only 2 weeks till Singapore (Looking forward to it Bruv!!) so I'm in a rush now to get the last few things done that I wanted to do!
