Well...we've been in Santiago, Chile for the past 4 days...it's quite a nice city but a lot like what we've seen before!! Not really a lot to see actually in the city so we have just been 'relaxing' in the hostel which is really good. i have just finished watching the complete second series of LOST!! Found out a couple of days ago that my cousin and her friend are coming to travel new zealand for a few weeks so we're meeting up with them which should be go...

Still in Pucon, we're leaving tonight for Santiago, 10 hour bus journey...the joy! Have just been relaxing these past few days, we went to some hot springs which we're interesting and just looked around the town. we didn;t fancy climbing the volcano after machu picchu!

ok well...arrived in pucon yesterday after a six hour journey from puerto montt which we went to after bariloche. Bariloche was so good!! it's such a pretty town with all the andes surrounding it and it's a major ski town so lots of tourists! we just did a couple of tours to the mountains and i went skiing for the first time ;) was so much fun but there's nothing easy about it although i didn`t fall! Left Bariloche on the 19th to go to Puerto Montt...

Arrive in Mendoza on the 9th August and the weather is so much better here than in buenos aires but still not bikini sunshine!! Mendoza is a really nice town...and lots to see. it's famous for it's wine and Andes so Beth and i booked ourselves on a wine tour and a mountain trip! hey guys! hope everybody is well? just emailing another update of my travels....the tour has finished now but the last few highlights were really cool. had a good birthday, some of the guys from our group organised a meal with entertainment, which unfortunately included me getting up on stage and attemping to dance peruvian...so hilarious!! the inca trail and macchu picchu were fantastic although i can honestly say it was one of the hardes...
