Thanks to the Session website and Briantheflute, within half an hour of landing we are plugged into the St Paddys day session in the Néw Sydney Hotel on Hobart with a pint. And they're playing all the tunes we know. Mum has Jinni asleep on her lap and dads sipping his Guinness and Netties got Rosie sitting next to her with big wide eyes, lapping it up. The most friendly session ever I reckon. Down the road and we find a park spot on Constitution Dock right next...

Rosie's first blog , so she gets to tell it. We're going on the plane. I think the biggest, biggest aeroplane that I've ever seen. I saw lots of aeroplanes just taking off. Jinni is being a very good poppet and after 4 hours driving in the drizzly grey, at last we can kick back and start holidaying. Ahhhh

The piccy says it all really. Back home in oz and on the way to my girls. Slept like a log almost all the 6 hour flight. Had the exit row with Ry and a spare seat so on with the earplugs, bintang pillow, long sleeve shirt and towel/ blanket, ( aircon must be on max), and crashed. Superfast thru customs Inc electronic passport check and hurried byes to the Hunt mob and off on the train to Newy. Home.......
