had the most amazing evening - went to eat in an Hunnan province resturuant which means really spicey chilli covered food. lovely big borth with sausages, metballs, pigeon eggs and liver and pig skin - was actually lovely. followed by rice tofu with more chilli. we then had fish heads in chilli and ginger - roasting hot and of course did the delicacy and ate an eye! didnt really taste of anything really the fish head wierd and wobbly inside especially the cheek s...
