Headed out of Corowa this morning, had to call back in to the Star Hotel as we left our hats and sunnies there the night before lol. Had a pretty good drive up to Dubbo via Forebes and Parkes. Called in to Forbes Cemetary where there was some historical gravesites including Ben Hall and Kate Foster (Ned and Dan Kelly's sister). Heather got her photography mojo back!! We arrived in Corowa in the late afternoon. A pretty good drive, but still getting used to the sway of the Motorhome. Awesome weather in Corowa. Headed to the Star Hotel and caught up with good family friends Gary and Jenny who run teh hotel. I can't believe how much their daughter Millie has grown up. Just under a week to go before we head off on our family holiday. We pick up the motorhome on Friday 4th November and head off the next day. Initially we were to go through the center of Australia but the weather up there has changed our plans. Now we're taking the kids up to the Theme Parks of Queensland as well as Dubbo Open Range Zoo and the Australia Zoo for Steve Irwin Day. Four days to go!!
