Up early again. Grabbed breakfast and then got a mini bus over to La Fortuna. Had a quick lunch of more rice and beans, and then over to book our tours for while we're here. I decided on a night visit to the volcano with a pizza party, and then trip to the hot springs, and white water rafting. Aaaaaah

Back to the hotel to relax, and then we got picked up by the mini buses to go to the volcano. It was a really bumpy ride, but when we got there, we got pizza and beer (juice for me), and tried to watch the volcano. It was pretty cloudy, but we same some of the lava flows through the clouds, which was pretty cool. It's too dangerous to go near it, as someone got burned alive a few years back. Pesky active volcanoes! Also got to see some glow bugs, which were pretty cool.

Back on the bus, and went to the hot springs. It was pretty swanky, loads of man made pools with naturally heated spring water. Nowhere near as stinky as the one in Iceland. They even had a disco pool with a glitter ball and music. Rocking. And some crazy water slides which the boys went down.
