It was another very wet day. A short drive to the port and we boarded a ferry to takes us from Skybergert to Bognes at 9.50am. This time the coach drove onto the ferry and the driver came with us. Up later this morning and it is still raining. We visited Narvik's War Museum which only opened in July 2016. We watched a movie on Norways' involvment in the WW2 and the near destruction of the city. Some of the exhibits were interactive and very interesting. We were up at 6.30am and continued our journey south along the stunning shoreline of Norway. The road meandered along Kvaenangenfjord and Lyngenfjord. An early start today up at 4.45am still no water, no showers and no breakfast. We walked a short distance to the dock waiting for our ferry, the Vesteralan to take us on a cruise through the fjords to Hammerfest. We were up at 6.30am this morning and were heading to Norway via Ivalo. We saw our first Moose and there were hundreds of reindeer grazing in the wilderness. We crossed the border and visited Sapmi Park which presents the Sami culture and history. The cultural park lies in the centre of Karasjok, a Sami town of 3000 people and is the 'capital' of the Sami people in Norway.
