Well we made it to Spokane.......however home land security had a go with us at the border. Seems we were try to slip some south american oranges past the border guard, however she was having none of it and pulled us over. She saw through our ruse and found the offending fruit and confiscated it. The USA is once again brave and free.............from foreign fruits.......errrr oranges. Spokane has a beautiful river park and some very impressive hydro electric power generating plants dating from the early 20th century. We stayed at the Davenport hotel and enjoyed some great hospitality. We departed early the next morning for Portland Oregon.
