Today we had a full day in Hervey Bay before our overnight bus to Airlie Beach. After checking out of our room we took advantage of the sunny day and washed all of our grubby clothes from Fraser Island. Whilst they were drying we walked into the main part of town which is tiny - smaller than Bramhall! There isn't much to report about today as we spent the whole day on the bus! We got on the bus at 10am and off the bus at 8.30pm. The journey wasn't too bad as we had 2 seats each to ourselves and there were quite a few stops. The driver also put on a couple of films which was cool. However when we got off the bus in Hervey Bay we had to wait around for a further hour for another bus to arrive as the free minibus to our hostel had to pick up people from that bus ...
