Hi everyone
Well we finally got to Krabi. First of all we got told it would take 10 hours, then got told 17 but it took 20. Was so long. We had a couple of stops where we had to wait around sometimes for 2 hours. It was hot, smelly and uncomfortable. When we got to Krabi we had a quick look around. Was nice but not as nice as we thought it was going to be. Went out that night and it's very touristy so not alot of people to meet. Got to hold a monkey in the street tho. Had a nice day at the beach next day tho. Had on so much sun cream but still got burnt. Rubbish. Then we went for a nice massage and foot scrub. Was so good. Went elephant trekking the next day. Was so amazing. We trekked through the proper jungle and afterwards we got to have a bath with one of them in the stream. Was so funny coz he was spraying us loads. Had a flyer for a party that night so thought we would try that. Met 2 girls from Camden (Coleen and Tullulah) that are really nice. Went to a hotel that had music and BBQ. About 12 o clock some of us from the party squashed into the back of a truck to the beach. We had to get a boat over to a little beach for the after party. Not good coz we had to walk to the boat where the water was up to our waist. I lost a flip flop in the water and was not happy. Got to this little beach and it was really nice. Just chilled for a bit and met some more people. We met a lot of lookalikes that nite. There was David Tennant, Prince William, the chuckle brothers, and our mate Adam. Had a few drinks there and a bit of a dance. Fell over on some rocks and bruised all my right side. The boat brought us back about 5:30 and then we had to walk home. Not good when you haven't got any shoes on. My feet are not in a good way. So painfull.
Just chilled out today with a hangover. Met Coleen and Tullulah for dinner and then Amy's friend George for a drink. Leaving here on Friday for Phi Phi so that should be good.
