Today we had a long journey into the Sahara desert. 5 hour bus drive. We stopped at this local guesthouse along the way and had an incredible lunch. Started with a Moroccan salad which was diced tomatoes, green peppers, onion, olive oil and vinegar and spices. That was followed by a Berber omelette which was incredible. City- Fes Weather- 65 Today we did a city walking tour of Fes which is the most complete medieval city in the Arab world. It was like stepping back into the Middle Ages in the Labyrith of the Medina full of life! Craftsman, markets, tanneries, mosques and so much more!
