Day three of my first America holiday. The conclusion is America is rather amazing. The 1.5l bottles of wine fascinated me, as dis the vast amounts of coloured cereal and the assortment of tasty looking cakes. Infact a trip to an American supermarket beats sainaburys any day (apart from their lack of cider)! I've spent my days so far gaining a rather decent tan with only a tiny bit of burning. Always a bonus. Lying by a pool reading my kindle is something I could get use to, hence the new plan of being a doctor in the states! The beach is more beautiful than I expected as well...lots of White sand, shells and very warm blue sea! I also saw a baby shark and a baby lobster. The wildlife here in Florida is more like something you'd pay to see in Chester zoo...so far I've seen alligator eyes from one of the many watery areas near the house, an armadillo (which are very cute) and a large variety of birds! I'm still waiting to spot a black widow spider, an oversized wild cat or the local wild panther that apparently is a neighbour in the area... So yes, the first three days of my adventure have been rather delightful, the long flight (with unlimited free drinks including alochol) and scary American immigration have been well and truly worth it!
