I went to the Cameron Highlands in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur. Its a very pretty place right up in the hills. Stayed at the most basic hostel yet. They had converted their loft using plastic bags and hardboard and then put about 50 beds in there. Very basic but it worked put about 75p a night. and the bar was good!!

I went on a jungle trek where i got soo muddy. Then to see a tea plantation, strawberry farm, butterfly farm and a waterfall. Was a busy day. Met some lads from Oxford who were crazy. They bought blowpipes from the locals and spent the night in the bar shooting each other in the head, bum, nipple!! MAD! We all got very drunk playing a drinking game called 'thunder odds' which the lads invented. Good game ill be the teacher when i get back.

It took me 12 hours on a bus to get to Singapore but i love it here. its so easy to do everything and there is everything you could need here. Ive just been wandering around from bar to cafe really! The hostel is really nice to "the inn crowd".

Ive been to Raffles hotel to have a very expensive singapore sling, went to sentosa island (kinda of like a weird Alton Towers type island), i went to the zoo and night safari (really good!!) and found the strangest bar called 'the clinic'. Its set out like a hospital and you either sit on a wheelchair or on a hospital bed. It was so funny having wheelchair races!

The bar here is good too. Very very drunken people, one man i met on the first night had been drinking 32 hours straight! He wasnt in a great state. I cant afford to get that drunk here lol. So expensive for alcohol, although i have had my first glass of wine since i came away. So good!!

I head off to Melbourne Australia tonight, im so excited. As much as i have loved South east Asia (apart from some of Malaysia) i am looking forward to leaving and being somewhere where i can just speak english to most people and they will understand! And get food that i like!! I need to eat roast dinners!!
