The last night - a whiskey tasting at the Cape Grace. Dad's holding the winner, the 12 yo Highland Park (esp when paired with smoked salmon! yum!) We all - including the person leading the tasting - rejected the Laphroig outright as tasting like petrol, made only a little bit better when accompanied by gorgonzola.
