Green banana flower salad (miss -I love green mango & green papaya salads, but this tastes like smashing up, well, green banana skins and smearing it with hot chili and fish sauce) and Naem Khao (big hit! sour pork sausage fried with rice till it had crispy carmelised bit and then eaten with herbs and wrapped in cabbage/lettuce leaves.)
