We started the day off with a bit of a panic. Our luggage wasn't on the bus. They had put our luggage on the next bus over. It wouldn't have been too much of a problem cause the bus was going to the same place we were but still.
After we finally got that sorted we headed off to the original site of the olympic games.
Again there wasn't much left on the site but we were still lucky to see it. It was raining pretty heavily as we were going through the museum. I liked the museum better. The displays were all the original statues and they were amazing.
The weather cleared up a bit by the time we headed out to the site but my feet are very wet right now.
We stopped for some shopping but I didn't see anything I really liked. Then it was an early lunch, which again was fantastic and the weather was really beautiful so we had lunch outside. Wonderful.
Back on the bus they played a movie, 'My Life In Ruins', which was about a tour group in Greece. It was pretty funny and killed the hour and a half until our next stop.
Our next stop was the beach! We stopped for a frappe, one of the only types of coffee I actually like. The scenery was simply gorgeous. I can't get over how fantastic is was. At least until it started to rain. Fortunately it didn't last very long so we had plenty of time for a swim! The water was so beautiful. Warm and just perfect. It took Bec a bit to decide to come in but eventually she did. After getting out of the water we sat in the sun to dry off. Stan pulled out his (contraband) bottle of cognac and we had a shot each. It was pretty tasty but I don't think I'd have it again.
Then it was back on the bus, our hotel being the next stop. There's a pool there so I think we'll go for another swim. We played music along the way and a lot of people sang along.
We got to our hotel in Delphi around six so there was plenty of time for another swim in the covered pool. Too bad the water was warmer in the sea then in the pool.
Dinner was at eight thirty which was pretty late, especially considering our early lunch.
After dinner everyone got dolled up and we all headed out to a night club. Really loud music, strobe lights and lots of alcohol. Not my scene at all. It was fun for a while but around midnight I turned into a pumpkin and left.
My ears are still ringing.

Jackie The Ringing in the ears is the fun part, I hope while you were out you danced. Thats the best part.
Mum You look so relaxed and cool.
Mum Didnt know you were going to Canada! There must be an Olympia. Boy, you are having some inconvenient problems.
Kimberley That movie is funny pity about all the rain you seem to be running into. Sounds like your having a blast. Can't wait to get home from wok to read your blog each night how sad is that. Keep having fun look forward to the next post.
