After travelling 2-3 hours on the kiwi bus we got on the big ferry from picton to Wellington which took over 3 hours! Lovely ferry ride though! I said goodbye to Andrea, my awesome kiwi bus driver who I'll definately see again someday, and got picked up by sambo, my kiwi friend who I met in Vietnam! Great to see him, walked round the city & had dinner then drove for an hour to his house in masterton. The house & the area is beautiful & they have a little dog called Rupert who is so so sweet! We took him for a nice walk round the pond in masterton & looked round town, now tomorrow sambo & I are off on a road trip of the north island in his car, can't wait! We start in the morning heading north to taupo!
