After a lazy morning by the pool we got ready for the first of our trips we had booked online with Cabo adventures “Camel & cactus safari with tequila tasting” we got picked up from the hotel & transfered to a coach at the dolphin centre. We drove about 40 minutes to a UNESCO world heritage site. We had a bilingual guide named Ted who took us through a canyon & showed us different cactus in their own habitat & explained the differences along with the uses & history. We then got transfered to the beach area where we got to ride the camels along the Pacific Ocean beach which was breathtaking, we did it in pairs & our group was great we had a real mixture of nationalities & ages. After the ride you got a photo shoot with the camels kissing you eek! We then had lunch made for us with a lesson in making tortillas followed by tequila tasting, there were 4 different bottles & we got some great tips on how you should drink it like the professionals! The best one was called the baby maker & the bottle was shaped like a pregnant woman, that caused some jokes in the group! Ha! It was a great trip we loved it! Later in the evening we went into the centre of Cabo San Lucas to explore the bars, we found a bar called Happy ending where we got 2 beers & 2 tequilas for £4 absolute bargain!
