Dear all,

Well i have now been through 4 countries (kind of anyway ) firstly brasil , secondly paraguay (popped in to look at some cheap electronic stuff as we were close to the border) ,argentina we drove through a bit at looked at some of the iguassu falls from that side, but we are still yet to visit properly. Finally, uruguay! just arrived here this morning ! after one dreadful bus ride ona really hot bus we changed to an air conditioned one where we were able to sleep a bit better , but this was at two in the morning !

anyway weare finally in uruguay and after crossing many borders, we thought it was time to head to the spas they have here today and get a well earned massage , the whole thing inc saunas steam baths and massage only about 5 pounds ... i love uruguay its so cheap ... blissxxxxxx
