we did the jet ski tour of key west, it was mint. Nath drove for the first half and i drove the second, it was quite scary when you werent driving, we also managed to fall off!! watched the sunset in mallory square and spent our last morning/afternoon shopping on duval street.

LAS VEGAS

we got here on monday night after a long turbulent flight from key west.

We got up early on tuesday and headed out the las vegas sign. Its very warm out here about 105 degrees although its no where near as humid as florida its still very warm! after the sign we got the bus up the strip to the venitian. The casinos are soo big there pretty amazing!

at the venetian we went to madame tussauds had our photos taken with the likes of johnny depp, george bush and elvis presley. next it was on to thier canal for a little gondola ride with a a guy named tito who sang to us.

our next stop was the mirage where we looked at the dolphin habitat and thier secret garden which has white tigers,lions, panthers, cheetahs, alpacas, swans and baby white tigers!!

In the evening we ventured up to the statasphere and went up the 108th floor to look at the strip at night, pretty spectacular, they have rides at the top which looked AWFUL. did some shopping at the worlds largest souvenir shop (or so they say) and it was home to bed.

we are staying in the luxor, it is MASSIVE, you can easily get lost, we are on the 22nd floor, our lift goes diagonally up the pyramid, and its got the worlds largest atrium its like a village.

Yesterday we had a long day, we went to the grand canyon. up at 5 am got a coach out to hoover, thenit was about 3 hours and we stopped on route 66, somewhere called seligman where the film was made, then on to the grand canyon. took us about 6 hours to get there but soo worth it! the first place we stopped was bright angel where there were californian condors flying around. Second stop was Mathers point it was pretty breathtaking.

Today we went to a shooting range, first we fired hand guns, was scary the first time you fire one but you get quite an adrenaline rush! you got to pick your target i had osama bin laden nath had a suicide bomber! then nath decided to try a shot gun which i ended up having a go on. That was VERY powerful.

Were going on a tour tonight of the night performances up and around the strip and tomorw we get the greyhound to anaheim.

we cant get any photos of las vegas up at the moment but we will try soon.
