If you have some fancy clothes with you and want an amazing experience then try and get a table at the Sirocco restaurant in Bangkok. Budget would have to stretch though but definitely worth it if you can get a table. Think there are some rules though.... just found the following on the web..... such as wearing sandals or short-sleeved t-shirts. Also no bare midriffs allowed and no backpacks or rucksacks allowed.
It's a stunning view across Bangkok though from the roof top of a really tall building- about 75 floors up or something.
