In Hong Kong (in Aberdeen harbour more precisely) there is a famous and tasty floating restaurant. As far as I remeber its name is Jumbo. If it still exist, you should try it!

Did you enjoy Chinese food? Obviously, it is more tasty than Australian one!
I envy you, for the warm weather (and may be hot and humid) that you have in Hong Kong, while it is so cold in France!

Hope the luggage has arrived OK. Last time it happened to me my case arrived the night before I left for home! Freezing cold here today, guess you won't be needing many clothes where you are? Always wanted to go to Hong Kong, my Mum was stationed in the British Military Hospital on the Peak in the 1940's. If you see it I'd love a photo. Have fun. Happy belated Birthday Sarah.
