We have now had a day in Sydney. More about this later !!!
I return to the start of our Ocean Road route.
We first hit the coast at the bay of islands. This is very similar to the 12 apostles which we saw later in the day.
Cape Bridgewater, Victoria
This was our first coastal stop. As well as being in the cave we had a good walk along the cliffs where there is this petrified forest and spectacular wave action on the rocks. The rain of Mt Gambier was behind us. We found a great spot for our first night stop not on a campsite.
