Hi Ian and Sara, sorry its been so long but we have been really busy here, what with the waltons and work, we had our holiday in Lanzarote with your mam and dad and it was tops as usual.Met up with Liz and Stuart, kev and bev and their 2 friends a few times and had a great laugh. So glad everything is going so well for the both of you and hope you have both settled into your jobs, we hear you had freinds over from England staying with you on their way to New zealand, it must have been so nice to see someone from old blighty, hope to get out there to see you ourselves one day, was well impressed with Costa Teguise when we went over for the day in Lanzarote that paul decided he wants to spend his birthday there in january ( its the big five O ) so we have booked a week there to celebrate or commiserate which ever way you want to look at it.Going up to see your mam and dad this afternoon and taking our little Layla with us as a surprise as they are both smitten with her.Anyway time to get on with some work now. look after each other and love to you both from us, the waltons and Rachael and Darren. xxxx

Hi Iain and Sara, thought it was about time we got back in touch. Can't believe it's now May already!! We're both really busy at work at the moment - can't believe how laid back everyone looks over in Oz. Everywhere looks fab. Hope we can get over there sometime. As you' ve already heard, we'll be in Lanzarote soon (2 weeks today to be exact - not that we're counting). Laura and Kelsey say Hi. Laura finishes at Huddersfield Uni shortly and her Graduation is in July, Kelsey has been offered 4 places at different Universities, but Leeds Met is her 1st choice where she wants to study Environmental Health. (We're never going to get any board money out of these two).Anyway, it's nice to see things are going so well for you both - you both look really well, and we've actually seen more of you on here in the last few months than we have over the last few years. Bye for now. Love Kev, Bev, Laura and Kelsey XXXX

Hi there you two, sounds as if things are going well for you in your new country and the Aussie way of working seems like a very sensible approach. I like the idea of the Friday beer get together, and early starts are fine as long as you finish early as well. Its the early starts and the late finishes which play havoc with your social life. Just read my last e email and realised how long ago I had written it.,sorry about that! Whats new? Gretna have been relegated and we are hoping to finish 9th or 10th. which will mean that we will get more money and hopefully get the chance to buy someone who knows what a ball in the back of the net looks like! and I don,t mean an own goal, The semi final dream came to an end with Saint Johnstone giving us a hammering! Hope fully they will do the same to Ur team tomorrow afternoon. The new stadium is going up fast.Alasdair and I went to see it yesterday and tried to imagine where our seats would be, and more importantly how much they will cost next season. He has exams next month and after that the school leavers dance, The results are out in August so we will seee where he goes from there. Sarah is delighted that after the summer she will be the only Tweedly in the school and will no longer be called Tweedly Junior. David is 21 on the 4th of May and we are having a wee do for him on the 3rd of May.I am really pleased that your Mum and Dad and Christopher are able to make it. Hope fully David will have a good night which is the main thing. I ordered his cake yesterday and I have to say its fab! I will send you a picture before we eat it. Will be in touch a wee bit sooner the next time. Love to you both The Thornly Park Tweedlysxx

Hi Iain And Sara
We thought it was time for another look on your site, the photo,s are great and the way of life seems to be so much slower than here in England. So pleased to hear about your new jobs and hope that everything is going well for you both and that you are settling well in your new environment. So nice to see that you are both looking so well, it must be all that sun. We are hoping so get some sun in Lanzarote in May (not long now). There will be your mam and dad Iain, along with Liz and Stuart and our Kevin and Beverley and a couple of their freinds and us so it should be fun.
We will speak to you again soon, GOOD LUCK in the new jobs and take good care of each other. LOVE to you both.

Hi Sara (and Iain!)
Sorry it's taken so long to send you a message! It's great to hear all your news and it sounds like great fun. I envy the hot weather, it is cold & miserable here. Even when I went to Dubai in February, it was cold! I really miss our chats over lunch too. Enjoy your big adventure and I'll be in touch again soon.
Take care, love Ajmera xx

Hi there you two,Hope you are both doing okay and beginning to settle in. This is where the fun really begins. I am sure that you will both be working very soon in the sunshine ........not the wind and the March snows here in Scotland........ but it did help us to win the rugby on Saturday against who was it again?...............oh yes England! Your Mum and Dad were up for a wee bit today before they headed back home. Looking well as always. If we get through our replay with St Johnstone, we will be playing our semi cup final at Hampden probabaly against your other team Rangers. Your Dad is talking about maybe coming up for it which is fine as long as he sits at the Buddies end. Its business as usual in our house. David is busy finishing off all his uni work. His final exams are in May and he is still giging with the band. They were up at the QM Students Union last week and got a great reception. They are playing at a club called Capitol in Glasgow next week and I think they will take a break until after the exams. Sarah is currently drowning us out with her flute playing at the moment which is why I am in the wee room typing this! Alasdair is working at WHSmith in the Airport until 9am then he will be back to watch the football highlights. D avid and him are off to see that red team on the 19th of March. I will keep you posted. Must go now Sarah wants on to MSM to talk to her pals. Bye for now
