Day 5
Hey, it's Sara and caitlyn here and today we arrived in Lifou, New Caledonia. We got off the ship at 9:30, we then got onto a tender boat that took us to the island. Once arriving at Lifou I got a photo with a pirate and a buoy that said Lifou, New Caledonia. As we started to walk to the markets we spotted a place to get our hairs braided so both Sara and I got our hair braided it took about 30 min but it looked nice. After that we walked down to the beach to have a swim, the water was so nice it was clear blue. After having a swim we walked up to the markets and had a look around, we didn't buy anything though. After checking out the markets we went and took some photos then got back onto the tender boat to the ship. Once arriving on the ship we went to lunch, both Sara and I had some pasta and some pizza. After lunch Sara and I went to play table tennis in the quasar ( disco room on deck 4). After having a look around the ship we went back to the room at 5:00 then headed to dinner. While waiting for dinner to start both Sara and I headed to the pool to check out the party. Their was music and heaps of people dancing their was even a drag queen! After dinner Sara and I headed to a show, it had acro and singers is was all rock it was amazing. After the show we had a hot chocolate, watched a movie and went to bed. Tomorrow is another day at sea, wonder what we're going to do.
