This morning we had planned to go to church for the Kirkin' o' the Tartan but somehow time ran away with us so we abandoned that idea and concentrated on getting ourselves up and ready in time for lunch! Unfortunately the rain greeted us this morning and the forecast is not that good but we are sure that this will not dampen anyone's spirits. Yesterday was hot and sunny, but when the alarm rang and we opened our eyes at 4 am this morning the rain was coming down in sheets. What a lovely start to our journey!
