We're leaving Vienna this morning to head back into Germany, to Nürnberg. We are going to miss Vera very much! Last night we went to the opera house and saw Salome. It's definitely not my favourite story, but the singing and dancing were beautiful. We've also seen Schönbrunn palace, the Spanish Riding School, and a Van Gogh exhibition at the modern art gallery. Oh, and Christmas markets...lots and lots of Christmas markets.

I just woke up. Vera took us drinking last night, and I can honestly say that that much alcohol for a person my size is pretty poisonous....not doing that again anytime soon. It's still snowing everywhere, which made the train yesterday an hour late, and poor Vera had to stand outside in the freezing cold waiting for us. Her apartment is very near the S-Bahn, and not too far from the city. Today we will possibly go to an art gallery, and go shopping! I would like...
