Sendero Los Quetzales near the small town of Cerro Punto. It is considered one of Panama's most beautiful trails. It is about 5 miles long and the sites along the path are incredible. The trail follows the Río Caldera and winds through the Parque Nacional Volcán Barú forest. There was so much wildlife to see. It was one of the most amazing hikes I have ever been on. The trail was not always easy to navigate, while most of the time it was visible there were a few parts that weren't well marked at all. I recommend a native guide if you are planning on a trip to Sendero Los Quetzales.
