Hiiiii!

Just a quick update for you; we have landed in the States safely (on the 19th - it's taken me a while to update as we've been non stop having an awesome time!!!) And are on our road trip of the west coast!

We started in San Fran and worked our way down, seeing the pacific coast highway, lompoc, Santa barbara, Malibu, LA, Hollywood sign, Beverly hills, walk of fame, Santa Monica pier, where we hired bikes and cycled the 26mile track along Venice beach muscle beach etc. It was awesome! Stopped and got hot wings and root beer on the way obviously!! :D we went down to San Diego and saw the zoo and safari which was really incredible! I can see why it's the best in the world - Singapore doesn't come close ;) we went to six flags magic mountain where we rode the most scary rides ever! They make them crazy out here! I've never hears Eddy scream on a rollercoaster and trust me he was screaming haha! The tallest fastest longest rode and a stand up and all sorts. Serious theme park. Then we went to a lovely little town (which is supposed to be the happiest place in America??) Called San Luis obispo or SLO for thanksgiving :) I'd love to say we had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner but unfortunately the whole place was shut bar one which was full sooooooo we ate from the garage next door ;) haha! Maybe next time eh? We'll have a full on dinner for Christmas :D

Now we are in San Jose just below San Fran handing the car in tomorrow and then spending a few days exploring SF. We saw the black Friday sales yesterday and maybe we got there early ?? I dunno cos it wasn't as mental as people said. We both got brand new Nike running shoes for around 30 quid!! Haha!

The food is amazing. I don't have words to describe it!! I think it's a California thing more than anything but I'll be able to tell you more when we see the other states! And the people are soooooo nice! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It makes a massive and welcome change :) needless to say we both LOVE America and are having an amazing time! We were major jet lagged as the time difference was 15hrs behind but we're good now :)
