Hi from el Rodente...Once again, sorry for the long gaps, internet can be a bit unpredictable & last hours worth of entry dissapeared when the line went down...Also I see i've added two entries titles Monemvasia, one with dots (doh!) So from here on we'll make shorter entries so they are saved, this typing is hard on small paws you know. So after geting to Githio - fantastic venetian town set around a bay we were accosted by 'Petros', a lounge-lizard owner of a grand looking marble floored hotel who offered us a room, rule one, we never take the first option, and this looked mega-bucks, but he bartered himself down to 25euros a night (We must have looked cheap!), stunning hotel with even more stunning views. We told Petros to look out for our travel weary Aussie friends who would be along the next day and would love this kind of luxury for the price of a tent in Yarmouth.
