Well your trip certainly seems to be living up to it's name, what with crazy cattle attacks and scary cab rides. Your x rated photos were interesting, what were they all about? I expect you are looking forward to meeting up with Tabbi for even more adventures. We read your blogs and are vicariously enjoying the journey but I am not so sure I would have actually enjoyed some of the experiences!! Sending you lots of love.

Hi Rosie, Great to hear things are going well and that you're beginning to venture across that vast country (did you know that the Victorian Briitsh surveyed the whole place with using just theodolites, staffs and chains, even getting the height of Mt. Everest to an accuracy of less than 0.1%, amazing. Off to look at my first placement for September later today. I think its wonderful that you're through it all, now travelling around India and returning to a teaching post in September - you would be justified to feel chuffed to bits. Keep taking the tablets. ahhh posie, i do love your travel blogs. i think you should sack off the teacher thing and become a travel writer. your blogs are not too dissimilar to paul theroux's the great railway bazaar. if you haven't, you should read it, he goes on sleeper trains rom delhi too. love you lots, and glad you're having such a great time xxx

Hi love , good to hear from you at last . Have been quite worried about you due to the unrest in India but seeing your blog has assured me that your alright . First we heard about a train crash, then the explosions in Bombay . Picked up your post etc. and watered your plants [think your herbs have had it] . Letter from dvla for car tax , but seem to remember that you got one before you went , let me know if you didn't and i will tax it for you. Nothing much in the news here only that the news of the world newspaper has ceased ..... no loss there. I have next week off but it looks like the weather is going to be horrible so would rather be working ! Poppy sends her woofs as do I . Love you mummmmmy
Unc & Auntie From P.g.
Hi there you really will have something to tell the young pupils in your new, exciting life as a Geography TEACHER!! You must go careful over there Poppet,as Unc (bless him is quite concerned about your safety in these places that you seem to enjoy travelling to!) He is fine and is starting his Chemo, probably next week, so be a good girl and stay safe for your re-union with him again in a few weeks time. YOU ARE AMAZING!!! STILL!!!!!!
