We headed out Hwy 1 up the Fraser Canyon to Cache Creek for lunch at Hungry Harvey's then on to Kamloops and up to Paul Lake where we parked at Paul Cowhig's lot for two days. We were too full for dinner so tried out our Apple TV on our motorhome tv and watched two net flick episodes of The Outlander. We also played Frustration where Ron was victorious twice!
Next day we enjoyed coffee while watching the Lake and later went for an uphill bike ride. Shortly after returning home Paul surprised us with a visit --- enjoyed dinner and a fire with him followed by BBQ breakfast and smoothies the next day.
No cell phone coverage there --- nice to be free of the phone/internet connection however Laine and Britt were trying to urgently call.
Our lesson: Always leave word when we leave town in case we are out of cell range.
Back home safely and motorhome now clean and ready for next adventure!
