The morning after... We woke up drenched in sweat, such a hot apartment and no aircon! Ros slept with frozen ice blocks. Pol tossed and turned all night. Next accommodation we're getting aircon! What a sleep! - Lovely bed & air con comfort. When we woke up we found our backs and bums were sore from galloping!! ...Yoghurt and fruit breakky at our gypsy caravan which Ros got half of down her PJ's! Then ventured outside where it was stinking hot - nearly ready to go. Just need to check out of the Hotel. Next leg... We found last minute air bnb accommodation just outside Aix-en-Provence. So we headed straight there from Grenoble. On the way out along the back country roads we encountered holiday traffic...caravans...foreign drivers...Sunday drivers...anyone and everyone who did not seem capable of reaching within 25k's of the speed limit at any given time! The problem was - no overtaking lanes and most of the roads were windy so it was hard to overtake! We stoppe...
