Not sure how popular Christmas is where you are, although I understand that christmas is quite popular in thailand, is it ? in any case wish you both happy holidays and all the best in 2015!!!

It could be very dangerous with food being so inexpensive and yummy over there……you guys could really chub out!! Mind you, you guys could use a little meat on your bones! Just pig out and go hog wild!!!! Enjoy!!

Mabel, I know what you mean about the meat (and the eggs), but so far so good. Biggest concern is the water, but we brought our portable Berkey filter with us so it's not an issue. First time I've seen whole frogs for sale, usually it's only the legs. However, the menus in the local restaurants always have frog on them.

The market looks really cool - how is it the meat is safe just sitting out there for who knows how long in the hot weather? This is what gives asians iron stomachs!
