Good evening from Singapore, my travels started yesterday by staying at Rydges International Airport Hotel, I previously mentioned I was upgraded. After returning to my room after dinner I received an electric shock from my fridge, hmmm was I looking for a wine !!!!

I rang Reception and was immediately looked after by the Manager with two staff in tow. I was alright but my fingers throbbed for hours. I was offered free drinks and upgraded yet again to a higher floor and a better view, I was given complimentary breakfast and they offered to porter my luggage across the road to check in. I declined as they had been so kind.

I boarded QF81, exit seat, extra leg room and a very handsome male pilot was my traveling companion to Singapore.

The food & wine and service were outstanding.

Changi Airport is MASSIVE and comfortable as I awaited my Swiss Air flight to Zurich, quick change of planes then flew to Stockholm where I would meet up with Rod & Chris
