Currently lying in a gorgeous hotel room, curtsy of Etihad. Arrived into the airport after already being delayed in the uk for two hours, to find out my flight is delayed by ten hours. Really annoying as Olivia has taken tomorrow off work to pick me up from the airport and take me around and now I won't be there till tomorrow evening!
Walking out the airport was amazing, to feel the intense heat again, iv missed it! I wanted to make the most of being here and explore the city, but with it taking an hour from the airport, and by the time they had actually found a room for me, i would only have a few hours to explore. Plus as soon as my head hit the pillow I could hardly keep my eyes open! It does look beautiful from my window and overhead in the plane
