Daly Waters is a tiny place in the middle of nowhere, just off the highway between Tennant Creek and Katherine, which was the first stop for Sydney - London flights in the 1930s. The punters were fed and watered in a pub built in the late 1800s that still stands. The bar is staffed by Euro backpackers and the walls and ceiling are adorned by very second hand bras, jocks, footy jumpers, x-rays and the standard business cards and photos.
