Hi Folks,

It's Iain here and haven't Charlotte and I had some bad luck on our initial day in Darwin. Well the good news now is all is sweet. The airport phoned me last night and sent my backpack to me in a taxi.

I no longer have to wear Charlotte's flowery board shorts, even though I was getting rather attached to them by the end.

The good thing with all of this is that we both stayed calm throughout our experience. No backpack, Crap hostel but within a day all is back to normal.

Thank you all for crossing your fingers as it must have helped. Charlotte and I now go on our travels into the BIG BAD BUSH to see crocs and many other wildlife. No showers, no toilets, no aircon (it's 38 degrees and 80% humidity).

We will be there for 5 days so we should have some amazing photo.s and stories to tell come Sunday.
