The Rimington's are at it again! We are off to Argentina on Sunday, June 22nd. We will be travelling with a group from Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Minneapolis to make some meaningful connections with church members in the small town of Obera, Argentina. Last night we ate dinner at a Chinese place and met up with the Emerson Immersion school (Minneapolis) group that arrived yesterday. We then walked back to the hotel, swam, and went to bed. This morning the plan was to go to wave beach again, but the boys changed their mind and wanted to stay back at the hotel and swim. It turned out to be a good call as it rained on and off. The group headed to the eastern part of the island (near where we were last night) and spent the afternoon at El Yunque rainforest. We went to a tower that had a great view of the surrounding forest. Next was a hike though a section of the forest with an informative guide. What made it even more special was that it was raining for a good part of the hike. We all got soaked.
