It was a long drive from Bryce Canyon to the town of Moab - the gateway to Arches and Canyonlands N.P's - and we turned up at around 2pm with nowhere planned to stay. Bryce Canyon is next on our travels, a 2.5 hour drive from Zion. Its the smallest park we've visited so far which means less campsites within the park - just two and they're both fully booked. We drove to St. George in Utah after leaving the Grand Canyon but we went via a town called Page so we could see Lake Powell, in the Glen Canyon region. The bright blue of the lake contrasts beautifully with the reds of the canyon and there's a dam similar to Hoover Dam near Vegas.
