Thought I'd send you one last message but you probably won't get to read it! Anyway, hope you enjoy your last few days in New Zealand. I'm getting really excited at the prospect of seeing you both again and hearing about your adventures first hand, although I realise that you are going to feel exhausted for a few days.
Better go as Sylvester is pawing my leg for attention. You wouldn't recognise him now, he looks so well.
Lots of love Mum xx

The beach bum life is clearly taking its toll - It seems you are so tired that you forget to update the Blog or download any photos!
Despite finishing work at BT and embarking on a programme of cycling / diving / sailing / gardening and cooking it is going to be some time before I am as laid back as you.

Hi Zoe + Rich
Borneo looks + sounds fantastic, I can see why you would find it hard to leave, some of the photos are so good they look unreal. I'm so pleased that you are doing all these adventurous things, you really seem to be making the most of your trip.I tried phoning yesterday + today but can't get through,I sent a text but I've a feeling you won't get that either.I heard from Dad that you had a cold, hope you are feeling better today as I understand that you were flying to Bali today. Hope Rich is well.
Got back from France about 2.30a.m. last Friday. We had good weather for the whole 3 weeks, a lot of the time it was 30oC.We spent most of the holiday on the Brittany coast, one place in particular which we went to at the beginning of the holiday we really liked and spent more time there at the end. The beach was beautiful, completly unspoilt with just a compsite behind the dunes + it only cost 12 euros a night for both of us to stay there. We also spent about a week in the Dordogne + Lot area, there are so many trees + did a couple of long walks. We both really liked France, there's so much space.
Thanks again for setting up this blog
Lots of love Mum
Sylvester is looking very well after his liittle holiday, the women that runs the cattery really loves cats, brushes them every night if they like it etc.+ said that Sylvester was a real gentleman saying hello to her whenever she walked past

Hi - just got back from a week sailing to Southern Brittany. I actually drove back from there in a mini van. Weather was pretty poor but a great opportunity for crew to see their dinner several times. John and the lads are now bringing the boat back - it takes about 5 days of constant sailing so quite a trip.
After a week of extra sleep i am feeling a bit better - rested / relaxed but willl have to back into the work mindset for tuesday.
Glad to hear you are still having loads of fun - stay safe. I will write again soon.

Sorry I haven't left a message in ages.Have just read your last two blog entriesand I'm just amazed at all the wonderful things you're experiencing.I also thought how nice it was that you got to spend some time getting to know some Thai people with them cooking for you.
Went to East Lambrook gardens yesterday with Judy, the weather was lovely and the gardens were full of scented roses. We went there as there was also an exibition of paintings, some local scenes but a lot of India which included a few of the places we'd visited. Judy and I both ended up buying the same print!
I'd intended to go to bed early but it's already 11.30 p.m.Off to Bristol tomorrow.
Miss you
Take care and lots of love

We enjoyed celebrating Grandpa's 80th birthday at your house recently. Missed seeing you both there but I'm sure you are having just as much/more fun there. Don't think I fancy the rock-climbing tho !!

Hi
I really appriciate the time and effort you put into your blog, I always look forward to reading about all your different experiences. Sorry to hear that you've been ill Zoe, but at least it didn't sound as if it lasted very long.
Richard and I are not going sailing as all the cheap deals have gone. We're going to get the camper going instead.
