18thG'd day, we flew from Perth to Alice Springs after a good nights rest at Armadale Guest House B&B run by Ruth Lynam. Arriving in Alice at 4:20 pm. Had a wander around Alice before returning to the resort for an early night.

16th April - Albany We left the sleepy town (or hamlet) of Pemberton and headed further south to Albany to visit Middleton Beach. On route we stopped just outside Denmark at Valley of the Giants. The forest is all red and yellow Tingle trees which grow up to 70 metres high and are around 400 years old. At present we're now in Perth Australia having left Tokyo on Wednesday 9th. We departed from Terminal 5 but didn't get a lot of time to look about as we were delayed due to a serious accident on the M11 and the taxi driver couldn't find his way around Bishop Stortford.
