28th Packed ready for the train journey back to Sydney. It was raining and 3 degrees C, a quick visit to the shops before saying our goodbyes to our cousin Sarah and her family. On the journey we saw rain, hail and snow, arriving back in the dry at Sydney.29thStart to find our way about Sydney first get a 7 day travel pass then a ride on the train to Circular Quays, then hopped on to the boat for a trip to Watsons Bay via Doubles Bay and Rose Bay, getting the bus back to Sydney. 30thBus to Bondi Beach in brilliant sun shine, time for a swim and sun bath. Walk alone the coastal path to Bronte Beach via Tamarama. Bus back to Sydney for a walk down to Mrs. Macquarie's Point to see the Opera House and Bridge at Sunset. On the way back the Cockatoos were squawking in the trees and the fruit bat had taken to the evening sky.1stMay day. Walked to Paddy's Market for fresh fruit and fish for dinner. Train to Circular Quay then boat to Darling Harbour for a walk around visiting the Nautical Museum, Jill and Rob went to the Aquarium. 2ndBoat to Manly for a day on the beach, watching the locals wrapped up in their coats and jumpers with the sun shinning and the temperature in the low 20's. Return to Sydney and walked down to Mrs. Macquiries Point for a couple of hours fishing, not every one can say they have fished opposite one of the most famous scenes in the World viewing the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
