16/11/2009Day 42 - Chiang Mai - Tiger Kingdom and Thai BoxingToday was the best day ever! We went to the Tiger Kingdom, a reserve for tigers and for tourists to enjoy the tigers up close and personal. First we went into the cub's enclosure; there were 2 cubs only 6 weeks old. 13/11/2009Day 39 - Chiang Mai"Beautiful, Beautiful Thailand" Mum and Dad were so pleased about being back in Thailand the weather is hot mid 30's and the sky a deep blue. 12/11/2009Day 38 - Hong Kong to Chiang Mai THAILANDToday we got up early again and headed for the train station where we caught the airport express to the airport. We stored our luggage and then caught a taxi to Ngong Ping where we could go on the 360o cable car up the mountain to a small village and Buddha statue. The Zoological gardens is a free zoo, rather like a beautiful park with some animal enclosures. They were the nicest enclosures we have ever seen.
