DAY FIVE- Today consisted of alot of driving! And some more driving after that! In the morning we went to Matarenka Thermal Springs, which I was really looking forward to (had had enough of jumping in freezing cold springs and waterfalls) But it didn't feel quite right swimming in warm water, rather like a large bath shared by a large group of people! DAY FOUR - So on to the next part of my Adventure tours trip, we have a new guide and a new not so nice a bus! bummer! But, our group is getting on really well, so we could laugh about it. Today we visited Katherine Gorge, where we had the option to Hike, Cruise or canoe. Needless to say we chose the hardest but I feel the most enjoyable...to canoe! DAY THREE- Today we did a lovely hike up to the top of 'Gunlom Waterfall'. It was well worth the effort as the view was great and the rock pools were glorious too, I could have spent the whole day here! The rest of the day we spent driving back to Darwin, where we went out for a few drinks as a group. We are all getting to know eachother and have formed a great group. I feel really lucky as it wouldn't have been half as fun with a different group.

DAY TWO- Our second day was all about Aboriginal Culture & Rock Art. We started at 'Ubirr' where our guide showed us loads of paintings and explained them all. I can't even begin to go into detail but it's fascinating. You'll just have to wait till I get home and I can bore you!
