Welcome no not to the start of our latest journey but preparations and taking the time to set up Travel Pod. I know the last few trips in 2013 & 2015 reverted to a less attractive email situation but hey when traveling on a motorcycle and long days (last trip 32 countries and just on 20000kms of actual riding) time was limited.
Nambucca is a warm coastal town of around 10000 people mid way between Sydney- Capital of New South Wales and Brisbane -Capital of Queensland, However winter cometh and temperates are falling well into single digits so its time to head north.
Planning this trip has been a 2 year affair dependent on my sisters health so after numerous ops all is good so we are ready almost to go.
Naturally visiting Canada would not be proper with out an extended time in Calgary Alberta with lifetime friends. Yes I was there last year but Merrilyn I think it was 2012.
Where to in the great US of A. The answer came back Florida and Niagara Falls. Well spaced so lots of travel. Causally in conversation with a traveling salesman the idea of a short cruise formed so being in Florida that's easy.
So the preparations a dog needed a temporary home, new travelsims for the phone,local currency a cash passport to reactivate,passports ok,travel agents to educate and things began to take shape.
The smart ones have now worked out the Crusin part of the title no doubt.
The Brusin - well when in Calgary one visits the world famous Calgary Exhibition & Stampede a place I have worked and visited since 1984 and yes the competitors often get a brusin.
