Vancouver "downtown". Leaving this afternoon at 3.15pm after 5 wonderful weeks touring North America. Via Hing Kong then Perth and home!

After some discusion wwith Tina and Ken we were of to the mountains. How far we would get we didnt know. I was hoping to make it to Whistler Vill;age. The highway was a beautiful driving experience, along the lake with mountains coming down to the foreshore. The highway had been improved for the recent Winter Olympics and it was obvious that it would be a very busy road during the winter season. We had a buffet breakfast at The Bellagio then explored the hotel areas. While Joanne visited the shops at the Bellagio and at the next door Vaaessar's Palace, I explored the Bellagio's areas -swimming pools, other restaurants and garden foyers. Time to go to McCarran International Airport (Las Vegas), for our flight o Canada. We had a good flight with Westjet flying from Las Vegas to Vancouver arriving at 4.30pm.
